Our J. A. Getz Company has been supplying Washington and the rest of the 49 states with fireplace mantels for more than 15 years. Our designs represent several different eras of  home decor as you will see when you view them. The Richmond fireplace mantel style can be found in the White House in Washington, DC. We build with only the finest quality materials. The white paint grade mantles are crafted from MDF=medium density fiberboard. This is a very dense wood product, but you are not able to strip the paint and get a wood grain. We use several different top grade woods and wood veneers. We have 16 designs of full surrounds to choose from and new designs are constantly emitting from our craftsman. There are two arched fireplace mantels Cottage fireplace mantel and the Windsor fireplace mantel. There are two designs we offer with over mantels the Alexander fireplace mantel and Kensington fireplace mantel. An Overmantel is exactly as the word says-one mantle set on top of the other. These 2 fireplace mantle designs are the Kensington fireplace mantel and the Alexander fireplace mantel. Our fireplace Crown mantels are available in the paint grade fireplace mantels as well as stain grade fireplace mantels (the paint grade fireplace mantels comes to you primed ready for you to add the color of your choice). the stain grade fireplace mantels comes to you ready for staining). There are 6 Crown fireplace mantels to choose from. The Corbel fireplace mantel the Craftsman fireplace mantel the Crown fireplace mantel. The Corbel mantel style is the only one not available in stain grade. The Craftsman fireplace mantel and the Crown fireplace mantel can be made to go over tile or brick or stone.
